Live Virtual Review & Additional Mock Oral Session Refund Policy

The Osler Institute understands that plans can change. Refund eligibility for Live Virtual Reviews and additional private mock oral sessions is outlined below.

Live Virtual Review Cancellations

Refunds are available for cancellations received at least 14 days before the course begins, less a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellations received fewer than 14 days before the course begins are not eligible for a refund.

Additional Private Mock Oral Sessions

Fees paid for additional private mock oral sessions are refundable if cancellation is received at least 15 days before the course start date, less a $100 administrative fee.
After that time, fees for additional private mock oral sessions are nonrefundable because the number of sessions purchased is used to build the course schedule.
