Account Access Help

If you are having trouble logging in, resetting your password, or receiving emails from us, the information below should help resolve the most common issues.


Forgot or Reset Your Password

Enter the email address you used to create your account, and we will send a password reset link from orders@osler.org.
If you do not receive the email right away, please check your spam or junk folder.

Locked Out of Your Account

If you make multiple unsuccessful login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons.
Please wait 30 minutes before trying again.


Not Receiving Our Emails

If you are not receiving emails from us, please check your spam or junk folder first.
This issue is most common with email addresses managed by universities, hospitals, and larger organizations, where spam filtering may block or delay automated messages.
You may also want to add @osler.org to your safe sender list. Instructions vary by email provider, so you can check your provider’s help section or search online for steps.
If your email is managed by your employer or institution, you may need assistance from your IT department.

Common Login Troubleshooting Tips

Many login issues can be resolved by trying one or more of the following:

  • Clear your browser cache
  • Close and reopen your browser
  • Try a different browser
  • Wait 30 minutes and try again if your account may be locked
  • Check that you are using the same email address used when your account was created

How to Clear Your Browser Cache


Google Chrome

Open the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner and go to SettingsPrivacy and securityClear browsing data.
You can also type chrome://settings/clearBrowserData into the address bar.


Safari

In Safari, go to HistoryClear History.
For additional privacy and cache controls, you can also review the settings under SafariPreferencesPrivacy and Advanced


Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer

Open the three-dot menu and go to SettingsPrivacy, search, and servicesClear browsing data.
Select Choose what to clear and remove cached data.


Firefox

Open the menu and go to SettingsPrivacy & Security.
Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
