What’s the course guarantee?
The Osler Institute is confident that our program is the best we guarantee. If you have attended an Osler course or a subscription-based review and then failed the examination for which that course was designed within the following nine months, you may re-enroll in an Osler course or resubscribe to the same term subscription-based review until you pass tuition-free. A corresponding failed examination attempt must precede each free course. For complete details see Terms and Conditions
To utilize the Osler Guarantee, Osler must receive a copy of your board notice. The notice must contain your name, the date you took your board exam, and indicate your unsuccessful attempt. The information can be copied from the board site and emailed to the Osler registration dept. Once you have provided the requested documentation, call Osler or go to the website to register for a repeat course using the guarantee option in the fee drop-down menu.
