1. Why don’t I see my old account on the new website?
Only customer accounts with orders placed in 2025, or with an active subscription during the transition, were transferred to the new website. Accounts from 2024 or earlier were not moved.
2. I had an account before 2025. What should I do?
If your previous account was from 2024 or earlier, you will need to create a new account on the new site.
3. What should I do when placing a new order?
When placing your order, please add a note saying you are a returning customer. This helps us quickly verify and assist you.
4. Do I need to recreate my subscription?
If your subscription was active during the transition, it should already be transferred to the new site. If you believe you had an active subscription but don’t see it in your account, please reach out to us so we can review and assist.
