# Refund Policy for Streaming Products

Streaming products may be eligible for a partial refund if the refund request is submitted within two days of purchase.  
Refund eligibility may depend on the product purchased, whether course materials have been accessed, and other order details.  
If you would like to request a refund, please contact us through chat or email and include your order number and the email address used to place the order.  
Please note that refunds for streaming products are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Osler's refund policy.
