# Live Virtual Review & Additional Mock Oral Session Refund Policy

The Osler Institute understands that plans can change. Refund eligibility for **Live Virtual Reviews** and **additional private mock oral sessions** is outlined below.
### Live Virtual Review Cancellations
Refunds are available for cancellations received **at least 14 days before the course begins**, less a **$100 administrative fee**.
Cancellations received fewer than 14 days before the course begins are not eligible for a refund.
### Additional Private Mock Oral Sessions
Fees paid for **additional private mock oral sessions** are refundable if cancellation is received **at least 15 days before the course start date**, less a **$100 administrative fee**.
After that time, fees for additional private mock oral sessions are **nonrefundable because the number of sessions purchased is used to build the course schedule**.
