# In which time zone are the Virtual Review Courses held?

Unless noted otherwise, all Osler Virtual Review Courses are held in **Eastern Time (ET)**.

Typical course hours are **8:00 AM–8:00 PM Eastern Time**, but the exact schedule may vary by course.  Please refer to your course agenda or registration materials for the confirmed daily schedule.

If you are joining from another time zone, please convert the course times from Eastern Time to your local time zone before the course begins.
